The Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair (KLABF) is an annual event that gathers independent book makers and publishers from across the globe. With brands like Ghostboy, Motoguo and Caro Chia hailing from this diverse capital city, it is no wonder the youths here have their own distinct take on fashioning themselves. From 6 to 8 December, the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall was where you could find some of these culture seekers, book lovers and the city's fashion set. MFYG reports on their favourite looks over the three-day affair.

People watching was a pleasurable activity at the bookfair. In its fourth iteration, the KLABF organisers from design studio Little Ideas Everywhere (LIE) have stepped into their stride, attracting a diverse, energetic and youthful crowd. It was great to see that many of the visitors supported local fashion brands and had a personal twist on how they dressed.

Till next time!

Love, MFYG x
